Shipping & Returns

We are doing our best to post your order, as quickly as possible.

We use mostly Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked Services for domestic postage.

Domestic orders above £180 will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery services.

For international postage, we use Royal Mail Trackable services and sometimes other couriers, please note that on some occasions ( mostly for parcels above 1kg ), an additional postage fee can apply - you will be contacted with details if needed. 

Postage to the EU is in the (DDU) Delivered Duty Unpaid scheme.

We are not collecting duty charges on checkout for orders posted to the EU so it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay all duties and taxes on delivery in the destination country.

If your country is not listed as a delivery destination please use the 'contact us' page for a delivery quote.

Most orders placed before 2 PM are posted on the same working day.

We cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries ( we will do our best to inform you of any delays we are aware of )


You can return your products for an exchange (if possible) or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. 

You are responsible for the return cost and items must not be used/damaged/opened. 
Your order will be refunded/replaced within 5 working days.

We can't accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit.
Please ensure you pack any items carefully and protect them so they don't get damaged in the post.
